Trinh Fish & Corals

I ordered a rare white bar tang and two Hawaiian tangs. upon arrival the white bar was not white, it was black, it was not the correct fish. the hawaiian tangs looked pale and malnourished and almost dead. I messaged them immediately and they told me the white bar tang may have changed colors due to stress..... it was barely alive and they do not change colors so that was a lie. the yellow tangs they said the same and to wait until am to see what happens. they were dead within an hour. I messaged them and they said they do not warranty fish unless DOA. these fish were not only almost dead with no chance of recovery from the second I opened the box but they were also informed of so, and the other fish was completely the wrong fish and it also was dead within an hour. I will be filing a charge back I would stay away from this company. they have horrible reviews on fb and they also blocked me on fb so I could not leave a review.

I saw Trinh Fish & Corals recommended on one of the reef forums that I frequent, so I decided to follow them. I saw them advertise things at incredible prices........ captive bred yellow tangs (at a decent size!) for under $200, white bar tangs...... it was too much. I decided to give them a try. I have to be honest...... there was always the thought in the back of my mind that they were too good to be true, but with all of the positive reviews from near and afar, I decided to give it a shot. I had two yellow tangs and a white bar show up this morning, and they are already picking on the live rock in the quarantine tank looking for food! This shop is the real deal. Give them a try!!! (pardon the algae/salt creep on the qt tank)

Inquired if they had any clown triggers in stock in the size range I wanted about a week ago. Received a message on 6/22 that one was coming in the size range i wanted. I said I was interested in buying it and to send a pic once it arrived. I talked about shipping and where it was going too. patiently waiting today 6/23 and decide to message late in the afternoon to find out if it arrived only to hear that they sold it. Not very professional. I am new customer who does purchase alot of saltwater fish. I thought I was going to have a great buying experience and purchase many more fish. Well doesn't look like that now. Be careful when you deal with them. they now blocked me because of their error. Dont deal with them.

My experience with them has been absolutely amazing! Their communication is great. The even sent video of the fish that I bought from them, and when I picked it up, it was in great health. Definitely going to buy from them again!

This place has exceptional customer service. They stand behind their products and even if things don't go the best, (and we all know that things can go wrong in this hobby), they will stand up and make it right. You won't find that type of service with any of these big chain stores. So if your just starting out or your a seasoned aquarists this is the place to shop. They are very knowledgeable and they will usually work with you and what ever schedule you may need. Thank you Trinh Fish & Corals
